And we have a portfolio that has a good customer set and NPS score attached to it that makes it a little easier for us to sell more features, more services, more capabilities to that base.
We plan to invest approximately $2 million in incremental SG&A over the coming quarters to accelerate customer acquisition and partner enablement, supported now by higher NPS scores and customer satisfaction.
Company-wide Net Promoter Score has improved dramatically by more than 300%, both onboarding and support customer satisfaction have risen by more than 20% to the 90% level.
And finally, our NPS scores, our net promoter scores are up 150%, the quarterly average net promoter since we started to measure this in Q4 FY 2024.
Over the past six months, our net promoter score has improved significantly. This is a testament to our investment in customer service and account management and the great work done by our Chief Client Officer, Joel Kappes.
Similar to what was noted in our July 22 press release, we expect further improvements in customer satisfaction, net promoter scores, churn, mean time to repair and average time to answer.
Sangoma Technologies improved Support Team Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score, reflecting commitment to customer service excellence.
We are baselining our current performance and expect to see significant improvements in both customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores.

About these figures
Every figure here was publicly disclosed by the named company: press releases, annual reports, SEC filings, earnings calls and news coverage. Companies tend to publish their NPS when it is good, so these numbers run higher than a true industry average: read them as what leading companies in this vertical say publicly, not as an industry benchmark.
NPS runs from −100 to +100. Retention figures are reported as the company defines them (net revenue retention, gross revenue retention, customer retention rate, churn). Every entry links to its source in the full database.
